Alana De La Garza has gained a following through her appearances on TV. The parents of De La Garza were Mexican-American and Irish-American. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on December 26, 1976. Within a short time, she moved to Texas and completed her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas and moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities that included local independent films and international commercials. She quickly found her passion in the field of acting even in small roles. Then she moved from New York and in 2001 she got her first role on the daytime soap show All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the initial decade of 2000, she acted small roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast in her first series part in The Mountain The Mountain, which is which was a television show that lasted only a few episodes. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She appeared on Law & Order in 2006. played A.D.A. on Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episode. The character from her Law & Order: LA spinoff was a short-lived. De La Garza received several nominations for the character, including in the category of Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominations. She received an Impact Award in 2008 for her remarkable performance on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring character. She starred as Marisol Delko, who is the lover of David Caruso's Horatio. She was the character Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's Dark drama Do No Harm. The show was cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her ethnicity is Italian and has a younger sister Cory. Her family was one of the most religious, conservative families. Milano's professional career started at seven after her child's sitter took her to an audition. Milano was one of the four girls chosen out of hundreds of applicants. Milano was featured in commercials in both Broadway and on TV which included the American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
